The green sandalwood is naturally aromatic—a soft, resinous scent that fades over months of wear but returns faintly when the wood warms against your skin. This is not added fragrance. The wood will also shift in color, deepening from olive to forest green as it oxidizes, so the bracelet you wear in six months will be darker than the one that arrived.

The garden quartz focal bead contains natural green chlorite inclusions that formed millions of years ago as mineral-rich water seeped into fractures in the crystal. Each inclusion pattern is unique — some look like moss on stone, others like underwater forests, others like nothing you can name. This is not a flaw. It is a fingerprint of deep time.

Design Inspiration：

BISHAN is named for the Chinese poet’s image of the jade-green mountain — not a specific place, but a state of mind. The mountain that exists in the space between inhale and exhale, where the noise of the valley cannot reach you.

We chose green sandalwood because it changes. It darkens. It softens. It carries your warmth back to you like something remembering. And we chose garden quartz because it holds a landscape inside it—a world you can wear on your wrist, a reminder that vastness does not always require distance. Sometimes it only requires stillness.

The design is intentionally spare. One wood bead after another, circling the wrist like a path around a mountain, interrupted once by the quartz — a single window into green depth. No metal. No noise. Just material and patience.
